Visiting our Design Center will inspire your creativity and arouse your sense of possibilities. Our experts are dedicated to helping you make your home just the way you want it. These highly trained professionals will help you choose the flooring and window coverings that reflect your personal style. And just to be sure you're clear, you select your flooring and window covering at the Design Center. Everything else you select with your Options Consultant. William Lyon Homes carefully selects Design Centers known for their quality, service and value pricing. We work in concert with our Design Center to provide you with superior workmanship, on-time scheduling and careful installation. Because of our close relationships with our Design Center professionals, they have access to your home and the ability to take care of details prior to the close of escrow. They work with us to oversee installation and to conduct thorough inspections as work is completed. This is a level of convenience and peace-of-mind that outside design centers can't deliver. You'll also be comforted to know that we offer a full warranty.  To facilitate your journey down The Lyon's Path, we recommend that you visit the Design Center as soon as possible after purchasing your new home. Once you choose your flooring and window coverings and make the necessary payment, your order is placed. If you are including your flooring in your mortgage, you will need to notify William Lyon Financial Services of changes to the loan before your appraisal is done. Do not delay. Only when your Design Center selections are ordered, delivered and installed can you close escrow, move in and make yourself at home.  You probably can't believe the last time you had so many decisions to make or this much information to absorb. But you want your new home to look just right, so give yourself plenty of time to sort through the wide range of available choices. William Lyon Homes designers will provide as much or as little guidance as you want or need. Bring any fabrics, paint samples, photos or cushions that will help you make the selections that complement your color scheme, furniture or other decorative elements. Schedule a time to meet with your designer. Allow up to three hours for the appointment. And don't be surprised if you find you want to return. |
